Qnappen Task is a work management system that streamlines the everyday working life of fish farmers. The solution has been developed by and for employees in the aquaculture industry to provide a more transparent working day.
We have developed the Qnappen Task through a pilot project with Kleiva Fiskefarm. The system is tailored to the industrys challenges, is clear, intuitive, user-friendly and can be integrated with systems that cover other operational areas.
Through the Qnappen Task, internal competence is documented and that procedures are followed up. The user gets access to written procedures linked to each individual task. This also makes Qnappen Task a tool for skills development and thus increased production. By using the platform, management and plant managers can identify weaknesses in operations and internal routines. The solution makes it possible for the management to get a better basis for goal management, procedures, non-conformance management and risk mapping, which in turn functions as a quality system that ensures that the business meets certification requirements in the industry. Communication between employees will also be easier, in addition to the fact that it will be possible to obtain traceable documentation of specific tasks. This results in more efficient and safer production, as well as ensuring that the business meets the authorities requirements for documentation.
